sounds like a typical DMT trip, the cats are guardians of the spirit world. I always say it is as close to dying as you can get without actually dying. My first experience happened a few weeks after my father passed and I had this intense feeling I was going to feel his hand on my shoulder, yeah you can say I was freaking a bit lol.

Hi, I have been researching this topic for quite some time. I am a 60 year old male who has no idea where to find DMT in the US or on the web.

I am sure there are may adults like myself who feel the same call to experience Ayahuasca, DMT or other Psychedelics, yet are left whistling in the dark because of a lack of source for the item listed above.

    Can anyone help

Does DMT always give a feeling of comfort, or is there a risk for it worsening a person who needs to deal with trauma? I have so many family members who are addicted to drugs, alcohol and poor behavior, all stemming from childhood trauma. Is it addicting?

    @ Connie
My personal experience I have always felt comfort in a DMT trip. I like to describe it in three phases: euphoric, a tunnel of some sort, and then the “contact” or breaking though to some other dimension. It’s not addictive, but it is loving, comforting, eyeopening, and enriching. After every trip I feel more humble, positive, and compassionate. It’s great to dissect a trip and apply that in your day to day life. As the great Terrence Mckenna says “what is real is experience, what is real is the moment. We must re-empower the dignity of the individual’.

In the full video interview, http://youtu.be/llva26jSjJg Dr. Ross discusses her harassment by the police, including a SWAT team home invasion, being strip-searched, going to jail, facing verbal abuse, and threats of stiff penalties unless she plea bargains, in other words, the full weight of our miscreant justice system being brought to bear upon her for speaking the truth and extending loving awareness to humanity. She bravely endured all this and continues her activism. I bow to Dr. Michele Ross’ courage, integrity, and astounding enduranc. May the Earth Angels continue to protect you and guide you in your life of service to the truth and love of humanity.

I really appreciate your work Dr.Ross 🙂 I am 41 and I am interested in your research. I cannot find any DMT here in the USA. They just legalize cannabis here in Illinois but you have to be extremely I’ll to qualify for the card. I have been treating myself with cannabis for the last 20 years to help me with depression, anxiety, coca in abuse, alcohol abuse, tobacco dependence and much much more. I would really appreciate your advice since the US makes it so difficult for us to get our hands on this amazing plant. Hope to hear from you soon Dr. Ross
    Have a great day

Just go to Lightning in a bottle or Burning Man. Both are festivals in the US.
